Carolyn was incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment. I was so relaxed and comfortable. I also appreciate that she makes an assessment before applying extensions, which tells me she customizes her sets based on the eye shape. She gave me goodies in my kit and a cold water bottle to-go. I had the most amazing experience with Carolyn! I was greeted with nothing but pure excitement and a huge smile, I felt at ease immediately with her. I was able to show a picture of what I would like and she replicated the exact same thing on my lashes. She has an amazing personality so you’ll never feel awkward or bored while she’s doing her lashes and she’ll make you laugh too! Getting my lashes done by Carolyn is like a little therapy session every time. I get to relax, have a good chat and leave feeling amazing with the most beautiful lashes. She always does an amazing job and listens to exactly what I want (my shorties 😉). She also does my brows beautifully, I get compliments on them.
