My experience was perfect, I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in, I was offered the bathroom and a place to put my items. The communication was amazing with check ins like if I liked the shaping and if the wax was too hot. She went through what the cream was she was using and how it helped the skin and she also gave very clear instructions on how to keep the area clean and bacteria free. Over all I would give my experience a 10/10 with comfort, communication and results.

Anita is the best lash and brow tech you’ll ever find! She’s been doing my brows consistently for over a year and a half now and always does a fantastic job and listens to any requests or concerns I have with them with such amazing prices as well.
