Kathy is so approachable, I was feeling a little nervous as I’m quite reserved but Kathy really helped me build my confidence in treating brow services and educating my clients. I thought it was going to be a stressful day as it’s only a 1 day course but she works really closely with you and targets the training based on what you strive and have struggles with. Can’t recommend her enough, the ongoing WhatsApp support is also so helpful especially when I need assistance with troubleshooting any mistakes during client apppintments. I can’t wait to do more brow treatments!!

I’ve seen Kathy since August 2024 and there hasn’t been a time where I’ve left her service feeling not confident, unhappy or not satisfied with the end results.
