I haven’t been to get my hair done in 10 months after moving to Sheffield because of anxiety of going to a new salon, but I can’t recommend enough, my hair looks amazing and feels so fresh, looks so shiny, I felt instantly at home with everyone and chatted away for 2 hours to the point I was a bit sad to leave and finish the conversation. Had a lovely coffee and biscuit which made it even better, booked straight back in and can’t wait. I even had to move the appointment last minute due to work and they were so accommodating, would give 6 stars if I could.

As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy. My Korean Lash Lift has given me really wow lashes and I'm really impressed with the results! Will definitely treat myself to more KIKI Beauty treatments in the future and would definitely recommend. Went in today for eyelash extensions with Emily after not having them for a while and not knowing exactly what I wanted, it was such a lovely atmosphere in the salon, everyone was so lovely and my eyelashes look perfect! Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend to anyone!

Faye is lovely, very professional, thorough and very friendly. With Covid-19, Faye follows all the necessary guideline and I feel perfectly safe being treated by Faye. I've been treated by Faye for abut four years now. Before the restrictions were put in place, I was happy to have Faye tint my eyelashes - something I would not trust many people to do. Faye insists on a patch test first. Her waxing is very thorough and is not painful. I would highly recommend Faye's work
