Paul was fabulous as ever! He gave my 21 year old autistic son a total transformation and although no words were spoken from my son, the smile at the end said it all. Paul is considerate - we were in a quiet area of the salon, friendly and professional (checking if the smells of products were ok etc) and I thoroughly appreciated his approach for what could have been a hugely difficult experience.l (it wasn’t 😊) Paul pays great, expert attention to the customer having a fantastic experience, regardless of the cut, colour and style and allows them to come away feeling amazing. I had an ASMR Facial & Back Massage with Faye, and it was completely amazing. The back massage was very gentle and relaxing, with Faye using lots of different tools, and I properly got the ASMR tingles and goosebumps. The facial was gorgeous with all the different aromatherapy products, and my skin feels and looks amazing afterwards. I feel very, very chilled now and will be back!
