Had my 1st appointment with Francesca today following a free consultation a few weeks ago and I’m honestly blown away! My hair was damaged, limp, dry and tired before but the transformation is incredible - it already looks and feels so much healthier. The whole experience was great from start to finish, Francesca really took the time to understand what my hair needed and explained everything along the way. I walked out with hair that feels softer, looks shinier and is the most amazing colour! Such a noticeable difference after just one visit. So glad I tried somewhere new I will be back!
