Ellie (with advice from Lily about colour) did a wonderful job of restoring my hair colour after a previous hairdresser wrecked it. Ellie took time and care to ensure that my experience was a happy one from showing the colour strands to discussing, in detail, every part of the cut to ensure perfect communication. Ellie was friendly but let me be quiet, I was tired and not chatty. The service was attentive and exactly what I needed. I left the salon feeling like a Princess and my partner thought it looked gorgeous. Thank you for the time and care that you gave today.

It was the first time I'd had microblading done, my previous treatments had been brow and eyelash tints only. Emma tinted my brows on three occasions to get to know me and my eyebrows. Yesterday she did the microblading. She helped me to relax by talking through each step to reassure me and gave me aftercare advice and products. I'm so pleased with the results and so far there is no redness or dryness. The process was completely pain free. Thank you Emma.
