Amy is incredible! She’s so knowledgeable, genuinely listens to what you want, and consistently delivers beautiful results. If you’re looking for a lived-in blonde specialist, she’s an absolute boss. My colour always looks natural, seamless, and grows out beautifully. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Meek was a fresh new face for me. I ruined my nails on the weekend and booked ‘any professional’ for the next day. She was assigned to me and I had a delightful experience with her. I love how she treated my cuticles and we created a colour ( half colour ; half sparkle) that I couldn’t find in the samples. A very enjoyable experience. PS. The samples are very old and need updating. One colour I chose initially was actually orange in the container and not the pink on the sample! I have had this issue before. So just beware. I plan to ask for a tester nail going forward every time.

I’m very pleased with my recent experience at Mane West! Kaitlyn was attentive from the start, making scheduling easy and very accommodating. I was warmly welcomed and loved the salon’s inviting vibe in their new location! My stylist, Amy understood my vision for a balayage and added warm caramel tones with a subtle technique that blended perfectly with my dark brown hair; exactly what I was looking for! Upstairs, Keira was informative and did a fantastic job on brown waxing any tinting. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My first time here and it was great. Customer service, nice hot tea and hung my coat. Lovely space, stylish, modern, gorgeous. Jaquelynn highlighted and trimmed my hair and it was fabulous! A bit pricey (women's hair!) but actually the best looking colour I've ever had so I don't think I can go anywhere else now! She knew how to manage my thick hair. I also bought some great travel products to keep my hair bright and soft.

I Love Luna! Service is always good regardless of who does it! The issue is, the past year, colours are not available! 3rd time colour wasn’t available or it was gooey so couldn’t be used. You should always have xtra stock of the popular colours (at travel time- January February March)

This salon is always a pleasure the stylists are always amazing the girl who cut my hair did an amazing job, I think it was Emily anyway, this is my third time as the salon first haircut others were colour services but they are great highly recommend. I have curly thick hair and I was a little nervous getting a hair cut at a normal salon instead of a curly specialist and it did not disappoint my stylist knew exactly how to cut the hair and style it didn’t disappoint I will definitely be returning for my next hair cuts.

Courtney is an absolute master at creating the perfect hair colour. I can't sing her praises enough. She is the best hair stylist I have ever had and I have had many stylists over the decades. Through her skill, talent and experience, she creates sheer magic. When I go to her salon I know that I am in good hands. She is so hard working, dedicated to her craft and devoted to her clients.
