Serenity did an amazing job on my lash lift & tint. She explains every step and made sure I was comfortable.. This was my second session and my lashes look so much more lifted than the first application. I love that I don't have to wear mascara and I wake up looking fresh. My lashes are beautiful!

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday with a lash lift and tint, and brow wax and tint, so I decided to try Krystel MediSpa, and I was not disappointed! When I made the original booking, I was able to book the lash tint/life but struggled to add on the brow wax/tint on the online booking system. Nadiia was welcoming and kind, and I felt so relaxed during my visit that I fell asleep a couple times during my lash treatment. I explained the booking difficulty and Nadiia was able to add the brow wax/tint I was wanting. Thank you!! I left feeling relaxed, confident, and will definitely be back !

She’s so sweet, gives the BEST head massage, and has turned into a great friend over the past 5 years. Love my full set of classic eyelashes. I'm very impressed by the technology they use to choose which eyelashes that best fits your eyes and face. She took a photo of my eyes and could set different style eyelashes to see what fits best for me. Thank you Serenity xo

Nika always greets me with a warm welcome each time I visit. She’s very knowledgeable and has lots of experience in her field. My hair continues to be healthy in her hands. I get what I’m asking for each time and if I can’t, she explains how I can achieve my goal hair colour in the future visits with her. The salon has a beautiful and bright interior. They use Aveda products which have helped heal my hair. They’re cruelty free, vegan, silicone free, sls free, sles free, and sulfate free.
