I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

Thi has been my lash artist for over a year and I’ve grown to love and respect her so much. She nails my perfect hybrid set every time. She’s gentle, sweet, and makes every appointment comfortable. Her space is clean, sanitary, and the recliner is a dream. I have sensitive, dry eyes, and she’s always careful—no burning or irritation. I get compliments all the time on how natural my lashes look, even at week two—they’re always on point. My husband loves them too! She’s the best I’ve been to and I’m not going anywhere else.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Thi for lash extensions, and she truly went above and beyond. Despite being 10 minutes late, Thi was waiting for me at the door and even texted me to drive safely—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for my entire experience. Her studio has a great ambiance—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The chair was so comfortable that I dozed off a couple of times. Thi even offered me a blanket, and I swear, if I had taken it, I would have fallen into a deep sleep! My whole experience was amazing. Thi was courteous, kind, and professional throughout.

First time experience at Jen Head Spa. I was so excited.I set up a mother's and daughter's day as an early mommy's day. The staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating. One of my daughter's and I did the whole Jen head spa package 90 min with another 60 min. 2.30 hours of pampering was awesome our masseuses we very friendly and caring to our bodies. My other daughter did the head, neck massage with a facial and the extra 60 min full body massage which she enjoyed as well. Thi was super sweet and gentle. She did AMAZING work. Im obsessed. It was my first time getting lash extensions done so i was nervous but now i think im gonna have to do this all the time! I pretty much fell asleep, she was pretty quick and there was calming spa music in the background so it was a nice vibe, the chair was super comfy too! I have been getting my lashes done for years in WA state. I had to do a partial fill every week and even then I would come in almost bare. I moved to CA at the end of Aug and looked around online for a lash tech. I have been very happy! I am even able to go every two weeks with her work, I have never been able to do that. Her chair is comfortable and she takes her time to use the fan and makes sure the glue is dry so it doesn’t irritate your eyes. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I love it every time. The environment is always so calming and relaxing, and it feels like a little reset for me whenever I come in. I always end up falling asleep during the appointment lol and wake up looking glammed. And my lashes always turn out beautiful and natural!! Thi is so kind, professional, and consistent with her work. Definitely one of my favorite self care appointments every month.

Amazing service. Scheduled my fiancé the full Jen Head treatment for her birthday. They threw in an extra lip service at no cost as a birthday present. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable when it comes to a dry scalp. Amazing job, my fiancé was very happy and looked extremely relaxed at the end. Smells great walking in. Calm relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Jen Head Spa.

It's a small shop but the attention atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent! This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine! As an African American weigh 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set with a partial diffuser dry instead of the blow dry that was included. I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month! The facial and back massage were great too!

jen head spa is sooo worth it. linda did my service and she was AMAZING! i got the classic head spa for 35min for $79 (paid $66 because they had a sale). it felt so luxurious for the most basic/simple package. head spa and massages were amazing!! ended with red light & blow dry!

Hannah is always amazing! I have been to Velvet head spa and now know the difference that Jen head spa is clearly better. Jen can improve on the location, but the technique and the service is superior. Will be back soon!
