Etoile Salón is without question the best manicure/pedicure experience I’ve had in Denver. I’ve been several times and I have never been disappointed—they go above and beyond with service as well as atmosphere. The salon is comfortable and peaceful and the staff is wonderful. I was beginning to think I would not find a nail salon in Denver when I did a Google search and found Étoile. The reviews were mostly positive so I decided to give it a shot. Nara is wonderful! I tried the black diamond manicure. It is supposed to be the best option for brittle nails. So far I love the outcome, she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. If they still look and feel good in a couple of weeks I will probably keep coming back for upkeep.

I set an appointment and instead of letting me wait since her co worker was running late she sat me down and was extremely polite. She took my suggestions and concluded the perfect style for my nails. I just got engaged and she made me feel great about my nails with a classic French tip while adding a modern shine. Overall, I had a good experience. Great environment and professional staff. I had a pedicure and asked to have the nails cut down short and ended up with my big toe being cut down so much that the skin under the nail was exposed. Next time, I will have to be clear that I don't want my nail shorter than the nail bed. The technician was thorough but a little slow in general. I ended up getting a color change on my nails instead of a full manicure due to time restraints. It was fine for the most part but my nails were not painted down to the base. I was in a hurry so didn't notice until home.
