I’m absolutely in love with my hybrid brows! Georgia was so lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I wanted and checked in at every step of the process. First time meeting Ella and having lash extensions and she was beyond lovely! So so pleased with my lashes too! Loved that she talked me through everything beforehand as I had no idea what to expect or exactly what I wanted but she was a queen. I had classic eyelash extensions at the age of 63 and did not think it was feasible or how it would look. It was such a lovely relaxing experience and my eyes look absolutely amazing and really natural. It just looks like I have mascara on all the time. I also had an eyebrow tint and it is the perfect colour for my grey hair, I was really worried about it looking to 'slug'ish' but no, Georgia listened to my concerns. I showed her two reference photos, and I could immediately tell she’s super detail-oriented — she pointed out the subtle differences between the two and made sure to ask which style I preferred. The result is exactly what I wanted: natural, soft, and just like the photos. She’s also really friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
