This was my first visit to Reflect Beauty , Heidi was very nice and talked me through everything she was doing step by step as this was the first time I had ever had my eyelashes lifted and tinted . I have followed Charlie for years now. She is very talented and precise, which I believe is really important when having your eyebrows or nails done. I recently had brows and lashes shape and tint.
