Always perfect. Erica always gives the most amazing service, she is so friendly and knowledgable. The lashes are always *beautiful* and she always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable throughout. The room is lovely clean, cosy and relaxing. I will only let Erica do my eyelashes from now on. Im notoriously bad at keeping my eyes still and having people touch around my eyes and Erica is so patient and kind with me. 100/10 *

Really happy with my visit to Swans today. Lashes look fab. Hollie suggested a mixture of wetlook & classic lashes and the result was perfect, just the look I wanted. I feel l have designer lashes. Hollie you’re the best!

Really good. Paige was lovely and chatty and was really helpful on advising me on the different lengths and thickness of the lashes available as I haven't had extensions often. Very happy with my lashes

Sam is so lovely and welcoming, we chat start till finish always giggling 😊 Iv had a few different treatments with Sam now and always walk out buzzing feeling a million dollars! I had my first appointment with Sam today and I can’t praise her enough. It was my first time getting a lash lift and the results bypassed my expectations and have made me feel so confident. Sam done my brows exactly how I like them too! Sam was so welcoming and friendly and I have already booked another appointment with her. I couldn’t recommend more!

First time visiting and could not recommend more. The studio is absolutely stunning - so clean, calming, and beautifully set up. Danni was incredibly lovely and welcoming; her energy instantly put me at ease. For my first wax, I honestly couldn't have imagined a better experience. She explained everything, was super professional, and made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. Never did I think l'd leave an intimate wax feeling so positive and confident.
