Results were great but the rubbing was very rough during my lash removal portion. I’ve been here before for lash removal a couple years ago and that lash tech was way gentler and I never felt any stinging or rough wiping. Lash extension results were great but again quite tough. I felt a lot of pulling on my lashes which hurt and made me tear.

Gabby is such a beautiful person, her energy is magnetic, and the ambiance she has created to do her work is so serene and relaxing. Her office is such a pretty workspace, with cute nooks & decor, she has great taste and every time I get my lashes done she does a perfect job giving me something suitable for my face and special occasion. She is fast but her work lasts. Every time I get my lashes done they last forever and I get complements from everyone on how great they look. This was my second time seeing Vera for a Classic facial with lymphatic massage. I woke up with such glowy hydrated skin. The puffiness is gone too. It was so nice to have hydrated skin after a long winter. I'll be doing a facial monthly now. Also, the owner is always so nice and helpful no matter the time of day. I love this place!
