Amazing as always. My twen daughter got her 3rd done today, she loved that Kimmi noticed her other ear rings were gold and offered gold studs. Everywhere else has only ever offered silver. My daughter has loved the last two times shes got them done with Kimmi, no pain during or after. Thanks again team, she will be back to get something else done soon enough 🤣

I only had a consultation, but Hayden was very professional, upfront and seems passionate in doing the right thing for the customer.

Amazing experience for my booster appointment after 18 months. I had a psoriasis flare up so had to shift my original appointment which was no hassle. Dante was great to deal with via email and phone helping with my situation and just as nice in person! Cherie is professional but so down to earth you can just chat away. She gave me clear instructions to follow and you can tell she genuinely cares about you getting the best results. Always a pleasure to come back.

Kristal is fantastic. I went to so many places trying to get my brows to look good. Kristal is a total professional with her advice and sorted one droopy eyebrow out for me. Now I go every 4 weeks for a colour and shape. She is the master at threading.
