I originally went to Carla Beauty Therapy to get my Eyebrow done, and I was so impressed with Carla’s warm, professional approach and beautiful space that I ended up treating myself to a full body treatment package as well—and I’m so glad I did! Carla is incredibly talented and made me feel completely relaxed and cared for throughout both treatments. My Brows turned out absolutely stunning—full, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

First time visiting soul serenity and my experience was outstanding. It was so soothing and calming in the room and felt at ease the whole time. This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!
