Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. I also have pedicures with gel toes that last ages! Id like to say thankyou Carly xxx

Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. I have been going to Mel for my nails for several years and love it! I even have my favourite new colour after years of being an Oxblood girl! Very relaxed environment and I would highly recommend. I have had my eyebrows waxed in the past and that was a great experience too.

Ibitissam is AMAZINGGGGGG love her! Also the owner/boss Wendy is so lovely, warm and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here because of these girls!! 100% would recommend and will be a repeat customer! For context, I got half legs, half arms & underarms waxed. Amazing service, always super gentle but also very quick!

Honestly I don’t know where to start,I can’t recommend this lady enough.I’ve been having treatment of Jess for a few years now for my eyebrows lip and chin waxing and eyelash tint,facials.she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and I always leave feeling much better about myself.she is professional but also genuinely lovely warm and caring,she’s very easy to talk to and takes a lot of care and attention with everything she does.I rely on her massively,and always look forward to our appointments.💗

First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!
