Kym was so lovely and welcoming. I was late and she was more than accommodating. I’m new to Edinburgh and so went in blind but couldn’t have picked a better hairdresser! Kim and Kelly are always ready to go that extra mile , kim done a conditioning treatment on my hair and it feels brilliant, I would recommend Kim and Kelly a thousand times over, the atmosphere is just great ,everyone is just so lovely and you don't even think your at the hairdresser. A thoroughly enjoyable visit to the ladies at Beauty Essentials. I got my nails done with Prativa, Rekha's magic hands got rid of every tension I came in with from head to toe with a full body massage and facial. Sudha was welcoming and personable throughout what was a mini spa day for me. Top-notch service all around.

Amazing absolutely amazing! I have had a lot of massages over the years and this was by far the best one I have ever had and will definitely be back!
