I came in for a natural hair treatment and I really liked the service. Stylist Hope was very friendly from the start and handled my hair gently during the wash and detangling process. Overall, I had a good experience. However, my sister-in-law, whom I recommended, was assigned a different stylist and did not have as positive an experience. I would consider visiting again, but only if I can book with stylist Hope.

What would take the experience from good to excellent is clear communication and involving the client in the process. For hair treatment, it is important before starting to explain the steps to the client, and then to let them know which products will be used on their hair. This part is very important because some clients might not like certain products or ingredients, sensitivity or allergies. I will see you in 3-4 weeks. Blessings!
