I am new to Toowoomba so I was worried to get a new hair dresser ..I found the business profile on google and decided to go . I had a hair color balayage done by Bee .. she was so friendly and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing . She even touched up on my baby hairs which generally did not happen to me before . I was very impressed with how my baby hairs turned out. I got a lot of compliments for my hair .. she also was very willing to help me to change some things later which I decided to add on my hair later .. I really recommend her to anyone or even if you are new like me .

Georgia was amazing! She was lovely to yap with and made the Brazilian experience really great (as great as it can be when your cooch is getting waxed). The salon was lovely and clean, with a beautiful setup. I especially loved all the plants! The hairdresser did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to answer some of my hair care questions too. Super easy to talk to, which made for such a nice, relaxing experience. I also had my eyebrows waxed, and even that was great – the wax she used felt much gentler than others I've tried. I’ll definitely be returning!

I booked a last minute appointment for an eyebrow wax and was able to get in the same morning. Sara was the beautician who did the service. Sara was lovely and respectful and didn't force small talk, allowing that time to sit and relax. She did a good job with the eyebrow wax. I would recommend booking with Sara and will be going back myself.

I've been to Jo Freeth Hair Artist twice now and have been extremely happy with both visits. I had a hair colour package with Sharayah and the results are gorgeous. She also waxed and tinted my brows and I think they are the best brows I've ever had. My back doesn't love the chairs but that's probably more to do with my back than the chairs. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend them.
