Rose is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to understand what each client wants and recommends what will suit them best. I wanted a very subtle eyelash enhancement, and Rose delivered exactly that. She also helped with all my after care questions promptly. I had another fantastic experience with Veronica today for my beauty treatments including waxing and tinting. She is genuine, accommodating, super friendly and always professional. Veronica always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, and her attention to detail is amazing. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I never thought I’d actually look forward to waxing appointments, but Veronica is so much fun and we chat away the whole time that I’m distracted from the pain 😂 I always leave happy with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 💖
