Absolutely amazing hairdressers!!! I’m incredibly pleased with how my blonde color turned out and I felt so well looked after here. I’m based in Sydney but feel like it’d be worth coming back to Ipswich just to get my hair done by these talented ladies. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I got my eyebrows waxed and my lashes tinted by one of the lovely apprentices (I believe her name was Allisa) and my hair cut and blowdried by Desi !! Everyone in the salon was so kind and made me feel confident and beautiful the whole time 💙

Desi is a very friendly lovely person who listens to how you want your hair cut....Desi asked me 3 or 4 times during my cut to ask if I wanted more off or if I was happy with the length....I would recommend Desi to my friends for a hair cut.

2 years + of appointments and amazing results driven facials. I’ve been to many other franchises clinics around Ipswich and I always go to Tay for her ambience, patience, great conversation and quality outcomes. Love to support a local small business and a young female creating such a beautiful space. No tox is my favorite treatment which leaves me with a glow for weeks. The free samples to continue home care and test products is a plus!

Every treatment with Tyler is extremely relaxing. She provides a safe relaxing space in her salon. I like that I can get professional treatments done local in Ipswich area. My favourite treatments are Dermaplanning and Microdermabrasion. My skin is always glowing after. Tyler is very professional and knowledgeable about the skin and skin conditions. She has a beautiful product range, Skinstitut, that I also use at home in between treatments to keep my skin healthy. I recommend Tyler to everyone I know. I see great things happening for her and her business in the future.

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x

I booked in for my Eyebrows to be waxed and tinted as well as my Eyelashes tinted. Which is was an amazing experience I was welcomed straight in and was constantly asked questions about how I’d like my eyebrows done which was very reassuring I was made to feel comfortable and was listened to. I than got my hair Shampooed, cut and styled which was also amazing, once again asked how I’d like my hair how much I’d like cut off and so forth both ladies I had today were so kind and happy to have a conversation while doing there job I’m very happy with all I had done today I’ll be back
