One of the greatest experiences I have ever had with eyebrows. Never waxed before and compared to threading it was completely painless. Clean, amazing music, quality conversation and perfect brows.

I cannot fault her. My lashes are so full and long, look and feel like extensions but they are all natural. My eyebrows are 100% on fleek

I had my hair cut, coloured and eyebrows done. From start to finish staff were absolutely wonderful! Cara cut my hair for the first time and to say I'm overjoyed is an understatement. She listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond with my cut. It's hard to find really good hairdressers that translate what you say into the cut you wanted. Thank you so very much ladies! ❤️

Absolutely wonderful, feel very relaxed. I had the works 1 hour relaxation massage followed by 1 hour facial, eyebrow wax and finished off with a pedicure. Would highly recommend

I booked in for my Eyebrows to be waxed and tinted as well as my Eyelashes tinted. Which is was an amazing experience I was welcomed straight in and was constantly asked questions about how I’d like my eyebrows done which was very reassuring I was made to feel comfortable and was listened to. I than got my hair Shampooed, cut and styled which was also amazing, once again asked how I’d like my hair how much I’d like cut off and so forth both ladies I had today were so kind and happy to have a conversation while doing there job I’m very happy with all I had done today I’ll be back

Nicole was so helpful and did an amazing job on my hair. I had an atrocious undercut that is growing out and she was great, talking through how best to hide it while still keeping my hair longer. I definitely recommend Nicole and encore!
