Helen was really informative and made sure I understood the pro's and con's of the eyebrow PMU procedure. Had a patch test, got literature and saw great pics of her work. I want to have my brows done, I just need to work out timings just before Xmas.

I've been going to Anna for several years now, I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's been more than just a hairdresser over the years– she's been a great listener and a real source of support through some tough times, which I've appreciated more than she knows. My last appointment was to put the blond back in, as always, she worked her magic and I absolutely love my new hair! The colour is beautiful, fresh, and exactly what I wanted. I honestly would never go anywhere else now. She is hands down the best wax lady I’ve ever been to 😭 makes you feel SO comfortable, is so thorough, and somehow makes the whole thing way less painful than anywhere else I’ve been. I’ve been a client of Lou’s for several years now, and she’s honestly brilliant! From making the world’s most awkward appointment feel completely comfortable, to giving me lashes so good I actually fell asleep while she worked (which says everything about how relaxing she is!). She’s professional, friendly, and somehow makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. 10/10 recommend… just don’t all book at once because her diary is busy for a very good reason! 🤍

I have recently found Anna and she has truly been my saviour. My hair has been thinning badly for many years and I found out she can do mesh integration which I recently had fitted. She has tightened it for me as it was time and styled it perfectly. It’s been so lovely so have found a hairdresser that listens and gets what I wanted and she has done my hair beautifully. She is an artist and a perfectionist. She has made me smile again. Most of all I have enjoyed getting to know her and to find someone I can trust. I really cannot thank her enough. I have my life and confidence back ❤️❤️
