I’ve been a client of Lou’s for several years now, and she’s honestly brilliant! From making the world’s most awkward appointment feel completely comfortable, to giving me lashes so good I actually fell asleep while she worked (which says everything about how relaxing she is!). She’s professional, friendly, and somehow makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. 10/10 recommend… just don’t all book at once because her diary is busy for a very good reason! 🤍

I truly can't recommend Helen enough. From the moment I messaged her right through to having my tattoo she's been nothing but patient, kind and professional. It was hard to describe exactly what I wanted so I gave some vague specifications and somehow from my jumbled ramblings Helen created the perfect, sentimental tattoo I wanted. Her shop is cosy and welcoming. She explains everything and even gives a beautiful little after care kit. Thank you so much Helen. ♥️

A friend recommended Helen for a tattoo on my wedding ring finger as I cannot wear them in the heat. I've been going to Anna for several years now, I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's been more than just a hairdresser over the years– she's been a great listener and a real source of support through some tough times, which I've appreciated more than she knows. My last appointment was to put the blond back in, as always, she worked her magic and I absolutely love my new hair! The colour is beautiful, fresh, and exactly what I wanted. Professional, talented, caring,and genuinely lovely – I can't recommend her highly enough.

I honestly would never go anywhere else now. She is hands down the best wax lady I’ve ever been to 😭 makes you feel SO comfortable, is so thorough, and somehow makes the whole thing way less painful than anywhere else I’ve been. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The results are always perfect every single time. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶

I have recently found Anna and she has truly been my saviour. My hair has been thinning badly for many years and I found out she can do mesh integration which I recently had fitted. She has tightened it for me as it was time and styled it perfectly. It’s been so lovely so have found a hairdresser that listens and gets what I wanted and she has done my hair beautifully. She is an artist and a perfectionist. She has made me smile again. Most of all I have enjoyed getting to know her and to find someone I can trust. I really cannot thank her enough. I have my life and confidence back ❤️❤️

Excellent by far the best build a gel in the bay. Perfect shape and no thick applied gel like so many other salons. Kerry is very experienced and it shows. Highly reckommend.
