Extremely informative of the process including pre and post care. Very calming nature when actually having the micro blading done. Patient with the mapping process as I had one eyebrow higher than the other! All in all a consummate professional. Very pleased with the results both on the day and now a week later. I cannot recommend Remedi Medispa in Maidstone highly enough! I’ve just had my 2nd HydraFacial with Amy, and once again, the results are absolutely amazing. Amy is so skilled, professional, and friendly—she makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and my skin has never looked better. I also want to give a big shout out to Michelle, the Clinic Coordinator. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the treatments and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. Thank you so much, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Nicola was very kind, clear and calm about the whole process. I was a bit apprehensive about getting my brows done. But there was nothing to worry about. I finally have eyebrows! I should have done this sooner.

Very thorough, took her time to get my eyebrows mapped just right. Colour match was excellent as I'm a mid range auburn/copper! They look very natural too. Brilliant all round.

I had a lovely few hours with Izzy today. Gorgeous gel nails, eyebrow wax & tint and various waxings! I totally recommend Beauty at the Cavenish.

Amy was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the salon was clean and inviting. I had an eyebrow tint and shape - first time ever and they look great! Looking forward to booking more treatments.

My brow tattoo has not been easy - it’s just my skin didn’t take very well as was oily and the process is a lot more involved than you realise. Laura has been brilliant working with me to find the right mix of colour, pigment etc and third time lucky I have beautiful brows 🥰

I have been using Poppy for many years. I left once for about 3 months but returned because she is so professional and does a fantastic finish on eyebrows, and nails. Always walk away feeling marvellous.
