I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. I was travelling to Bristol to attend my son's wedding and Leah had been recommended by a friend, Well, she didn't disappoint! Leah went the extra mile to make sure my hair was perfect, using a range of products and her expert knowledge she arranged and curled my hair perfectly and it stayed in all day and night - despite the wind and rain. I had an eye lash lift/tint and eyebrow tint - Elise was very accommodating as she knows I don't like my brows being too dark. They are perfect! Also had my finger and toe nails done - French on my toes and polish on my finger nails. Elise advised me not to have gel as she wants to keep an eye on one of my nails! Although I was a bit gutted, I know she was only looking out for me. So Thank you :)
