Caroline is just the best; I've been visiting her for nearly a year for my monthly valet (I always book the mixed package) and it's like visiting a therapist, mega-beautician, and friend all in one. I had eyebrow tint and wax with Rachel today. Rachel was fantastic. She gave great attention to customer care and satisfaction. My brows feel and look great. Rachel asked how I prefer them and checked if I was happy with the shape and colour. Would highly recommend!
