Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. Doha is absolutely amazing! Her work is 10/10; her professionalism and customer service is phenomenal. I’ve been coming to Doha for over 4 years now and I refuse to let anyone else touch my brows. She had memorized my brows and knows exactly what to do Every time! she always checks and asks if I’m comfortable. She tells me to let her know if I’m ever in discomfort or pain. She’s very quick and soft as opposed to other brow lady’s I’ve experienced. She’s proud of her work and won’t let you leave until she is also satisfied. She’s a keeper :)
