I've been a regular client here for 2 years and I'm always so happy with my eyebrows after they are threaded and tinted! Chandni takes her time and doesn't rush which shows in her work. Oscar was incredible! He was very kind and attentive, and had a very gently touch. As a natural blonde I'm always a little nervous about someone tinting my brows for the first time but he absolutely nailed the colour. It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Oscar.

Went to Priyanka for the first time today for a lash lift and tint. I have already rebooked her for my brows tomorrow! As a beautician by trade myself, I could tell how much knowledge and passion she has for brows and lashes. My lashes turned out fantasticly and I will definitely be rebooking those also, could not recommend her more. Was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and she did not push any extra treatments on me, I asked questions and she suggested what would be good for me, which I loved. 10/10 service.

Brow lam, wax & tint I couldn’t go without anymore either, haven’t had to do my brows myself in years!

My first time. The greeting area has s lovely and had a glass of tea. My eyebrow tint and tidy was very well done and I like the shape, the consultant was mindful of creating a natural look while ensuring a lasting tint. I did enjoy the massage, however as I booked a deep tissue I think I could have been asked if I was happy with the pressure and this could have been firmer. It was relaxing nonetheless. My facial was nice and my skin feels lovely.

Going to see Sally is a beautiful experience all round. Her space is clean, warm and welcoming, and her company uplifting. I have never met someone who is so skilled and creative, with my eyebrows. She understands my features and shapes my brows to compliment my face. Having this small and affordable treatment done is all I need to feel feminine and beautiful. Sally takes care to soothe and heal with the awesome products she uses aswell. Thankyou for your service and friendship over the years 😊 💯 🌼
