⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a relaxing and rejuvenating infrared sauna experience! The setting was calm and beautifully designed, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. A truly lovely reset for body and mind. Would absolutely go again. ✨

Adele is great. She is very knowledgeable and always thinks and offers advice freely to help with my shoulder/neck issues.

Fab as ever. ( even though it was booked at sunrise) well some of us have to work so Addelle managed to fit me in before most people had even got out of bed !! I'm off to the Valley of the kings so required gold nails and toes. She couldn't have done more ..... I now look like Cleo herself!!! I couldn't recommend her more!!
