My daughter has had her eyebrows waxed by Abi for some time and felt a bit nervous about having Harriet do them today as she doesn’t know her and moving to threading instead of waxing. She went on her own after school and felt instantly at ease once she arrived. Harriet was chatty and easy to talk to and threading didn’t hurt at all. Thank you Harriet for making her feel so comfortable and thank Abi for texting me when she arrived, and popping in to check on her during her appointment. Shepack as always goes above and beyond

Sherie was really attentive and made me feel very relaxed. She has a great personality and it was nice to have someone engaging. I had a brow lamination and they have come out beautifully. My daughter had her eyebrows waxed today. It was her first time visiting Shepack and she was nervous having them done by someone new and a different method. She had a great experience, instantly realised it didn’t hurt and she felt very comfortable. Thank you ☺️

Very friendly, loving my brow tint, would highly recommend.

I had ombré brows done with as a modal, the experience was very good, and I was made to feel very welcome by jazz and the ladies training. My brows turned out lovely, might need a follow up appointment but I’m very happy. I’ve also had a lip enhancement done by Jazz and all was fab again, very happy with the results and I’m sure I will be back again.

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!
