The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

Always a great experience with Suzie, I had my brows microbladed for the 3rd time which was a retouch after a year. Brilliant eyebrow wax, exactly what I wanted. Betty was so gentle and polite during the entire appointment, lovely casual chat. The room was pleasant with natural lighting, fan was on to keep me cool and had a comfortable bed to relax during the procedure. Thank you, will book again.

Eyebrow wax was excellent, but on arrival 2 staff sitting on their phones in reception, no acknowledgement that I was there, they looked fed up to be there. Not my usual experience at image.
