The staff were so lovely and caring, offering drinks and making me feel comfortable from the start. They discussed all options with me, ensuring I was happy before proceeding. I have super sensitive skin and usually tense during manicures from being cut before, but the technician was so gentle and careful—not a single cut! My brows and nails are perfect, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I left feeling pampered and can’t wait to return!

Rina was amazing with my face threading, so attentive. She understood my requirements really well, and I think it put my mind at ease. My pedicure, was so lovely too, the foot and leg massage was so soothing. I found out this is Rinas first day - I’ll defo be back 🥰

Becky has absolutely transformed my eyebrows. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I travelled down from Scotland to Essex to get Becky to do my brows due to seeing her work on her clients on Instagram. I was not disappointed at all. I cant wait until I get my touch up done and then my eyebrows will be perfect. I have already had so many compliments. Becky was so professional and very helpful, from helping me what train to get down to where we could go to get dinner and a bit of shopping done.
