The staff were so lovely and caring, offering drinks and making me feel comfortable from the start. They discussed all options with me, ensuring I was happy before proceeding. I have super sensitive skin and usually tense during manicures from being cut before, but the technician was so gentle and careful—not a single cut! My brows and nails are perfect, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I left feeling pampered and can’t wait to return!

Sophie's always been wonderful. She makes sure that you're relaxed and having a great time during your appointment. I either get my lash/brow nap or enjoy a lovely catch up with her. I always come here especially for eyebrow threading they are so attentive and always take great care to make sure you are happy. I came on this occasion for a lash lift and threading and tinting as I have an event this weekend. I can never fault the service that they provide as they are always amazing!

Rina was amazing with my face threading, so attentive. She understood my requirements really well, and I think it put my mind at ease. My pedicure, was so lovely too, the foot and leg massage was so soothing. I found out this is Rinas first day - I’ll defo be back 🥰
