I have been going to this store for eyebrow threading for a little over a year now and she is the best eyebrow tech I’ve ever had, she is not only friendly and listens to requests but she is also incredibly consistent with the results she delivers with her services, I have honestly never walked away feeling dissatisfied with her services I always walk away feeling confident that I look good because my eyebrows have been done well🫶🏾🫶🏾

I’ve been going to Manu for my eyebrows and henna for a couple of years and she always does an amazing job. She takes the time to get the shape and colour just right and they always look so natural. Manu is also so friendly and makes the whole experience really comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Changing beauty studios is always scary but this was such a positive experience 🩷 so gentle and caring, even got my eyebrows done for the first time and i am obsessed 🫶🏼 affordable and such a relaxing atmosphere 🌴 i will be back that’s for sure 🥰

Hands down, this is THE best little gem of a place right here in Queanbeyan. On my first visit today, Balwinder greeted me warmly, explained every step as she attended to my needs and gave an amazing brow/head massage at no cost. She is truly in this business to make you look and feel amazing and she delivers. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Great experience. Just moved from Victoria & needed to find a new lash technician. So glad I found ibrow & lash studio. I had my old lashes removed and a new set put on, the environment was clean, fragrant, gentle music playing (very relaxing) I was dropping off to sleep I was so relaxed. Ruby was very gentle, friendly & professional, first time having my old lashes removed without them stinging. Highly recommend. I have found my new lash technician while living here, until I move back to Victoria in a few years time.

Ruby was amazing, my eyebrows look so much better than they ever have and she is lovely and affordable. So glad to have found her and can’t wait for my next eyebrow tint and thread.

Have not seen Ruby for a few years but she was just as friendly and professional as usual. Ruby always makes me feel welcome. The studio has a lovely feel about it and I am thrilled she gotten to open her own business. Would recommend, well worth a visit.
