Lois was lovely and professional. She made sure I was very comfortable and did a thorough massage that put me to sleep several times haha. I especially enjoyed the facial and head massage - it was so relaxing and made my skin feel so smooth and moisturised. She was kind enough to offer sweets, tea and water after my massage - completed the appointment for me. I went home feeling lighter and more relaxed. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely go again when I visit ChristChurch.

I have had the best experience at Kess Hair and Beauty at the Crossing. Danish is an experienced and professional hairdresser and a super nice person - friendly and genuine customer service with a smile! Had a great experience with Priyanka. I had Henna brows done. She had great attention to detail. Took my concerns into account (due to a previous bad experience) and she did a fantastic job I'll definitely be booking in with her again. My shaping is amazing and im just very happy. If this is your first time doing henna brows, please look up "brow shock" seriously. Its a thing. After tattoo brows and henna brows u sorta have this shock factor. it doesn't stay like that I promise. Give it a day (or a week if tattooing) just saying. 10/10

Eye trio appointment with Mani. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen straight away. Mani did a great job with threading eyebrows to achieve an even shape. I was very happy with the brow and lash tint also. Would definitely recommend.

Great🙂 Friendly staff welcomed me as I walked in. The beautician who did my brow shape and tint, lashes tinted, full facial wax and chin wax for peach fluff was very friendly. Also only took 45 mins instead of the expected 1hr10.
