San has worked wonders on my eyebrows- they are so much fuller and a much better shape! First time at this salon. I felt very welcomed by Rochelle who did a full set of hybrid/natural look eyelashes. Although started a lil late from the set appointment, Rochelle made sure to text me to let me know and sincerely apologised for being late. I am a mum myself and completely understand hence why I did not mind and I was quite happy she was very professional on keeping me updated. Additionally, Rochelle made sure I was cozy when asking if I was comfortable with the temperature in the salon. Rochelle is very friendly and chatty and felt at ease being there. My lashes are STUNNING!! :)

Kelly has been brilliant from the start. You can really tell how passionate she is about her job and she loves making people feel happy in their own skin. She is very understanding and makes you feel at ease and answers every question you may have. I have recently had a million dollar facial with Kelly and my skin felt and looked lush! I will be booking in again soon. I’m going back for LVL lashes and definition eyebrows which I’m very excited about. I would definitely recommend having a treatment with Kelly :)
