Had a Hollywood wax with Ellie. She is honestly so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous but Ellie was very quick, reassured me whole appointment and made sure I was ok throughout. A beautiful salon with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I was greeted with a huge smile and made to feel comfortable straight away. The initial consultation and patch test were carried out thoroughly before my appointment, and the whole process was explained clearly and made very easy. I'm really looking forward to having my eyebrows done and would highly recommend this salon based on my experience so far.

Kim is the most thorough beautician I have been to. An absolute perfectionist. Kim made me so welcome and continued to ask if I was comfortable throughout the treatments. Today I had microdermabration and dermaplaning. Can't wait to go back tomorrow to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and lip waxed. A thoroughly lovely lady.
