Absolutely fantastic, gel nails off and on. Been on holiday for 6 weeks, nails lasted the full 6 weeks apart from a major issue with a broken nail in the final week. Maria fixed with no problem. Really pleased.

I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!

What a fantastic new space at Sheer and Nova. Excellent pedicure as always, beautiful choice of colours. My feet feel wonderful. Holly is simply fabulous. ♥️

Nail Haven should be renamed Nail Heaven, because everything about the experience here is the best of the best. Having only started coming to Siobhan a few months ago I have come to notice she’s not only a nail tech but Siobhan is a true real life angel too! Professional, welcoming and so friendly. Lovely manicure with Emily. Such a lovely choice of colours and always a pleasure chatting with Emily while having nails done.

I’ve had numerous treatments with Emily including nails, brows and different facials and all have been amazing. Emily always makes me feel at ease. The new salon is lovely and inviting. The facials always feel like a luxury treatment and have benefitted my skin so much. Would certainly recommend :)
