Brilliant, Islay was so professional making me feel relaxed straight away. Explained what I was having and the process . The room was nice and comfortable and the ambience was perfect. I felt that relaxed and chilled I fell asleep! If you want to book and go with a friend you can actually phone in I booked on Fresha which I have used many times. However, we were booking for my birthday. My friend got booked I went straight on and didn’t, so my appointment was next day and she deferred hers for later .

Annie has such a calm, caring presence and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. I mentioned that I’m recovering from a frozen shoulder, and she was incredibly attentive, using heat and her expert massage techniques to work gently yet effectively. I could feel the tension melting away, and by the end I felt completely relaxed, like I’d drifted off somewhere else entirely. Annie truly has a gift, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention she gave me. I would highly recommend both this treatment and Annie herself, I’ll definitely be returning.
