I was encouraged to tell her if anything needed changing, which it didn't - she did a perfect job! Friendly, approachable and lovely to chat to. Been a loyal client of Michelle's, whom came, to see Michelle's new salon, and what a size it is, and looking transformed into one amazing business in West End. Michelle's Back Neck 'n Shoulders Massage was mind blowing. Managed to remove all knots from back. Also had my eyebrows cleaned up. Looking fab now for a date. Well impressed Chelle!

I honestly can't get over how good I feel. First time ever being waxed and went full Hollywood. There were some areas that were absolutely fine getting your eyebrows done is worse. Other areas are a bit spicy but the afterwards I feel dolphin smooth. Rohese is just lovely, explained everything great chat she makes the experience just so much better. I stalked her social media for months before booking and she's just amazing. So inclusive so lovely as a plus sized gal I was so nervous and I've left feeling incredible.

lovely professional salon. Emma is fantastic . Had dermaplaning and I’m a convert! A relaxing intensive facial followed by dermaplaning and I honestly feel like I have new skin. Highly recommend . I’ve also had eyebrows, eyelash tint and nails by Emma and would 💯 recommend!
