Could not recommend The Snug Room more, especially for those wanting to have BIAB done! Jayne always makes sure you feel comfortable and relaxed while she makes your nails look unreal thanks to all the hard work she puts in with cuticle care and product application.

As a mum/wife/daughter, there aren’t many places in this world where I arrive to be told ‘your coffee is ready, go get comfy’ and that’s just the beginning! I cannot express the amount of time, effort and skill that goes into your nail experience at the Snug Room. Jayne is just the best and the results speak for themselves. First time visiting the snug room, the whole experience was calming and relaxing from start to finish. Jayne was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me from what she was doing,why and what I should be doing to keep the eye lashes looking fresh after.
