Fern is an absolutely wonderful lady who made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. She’s incredibly talented, professional and really takes pride in her work. Lovely experience, Sam was so lovely friendly & put me at ease & explained step by time what she was doing to create my brows took her time to map them out & to adjust & make sure I was happy at each stage , back in about 4 weeks for a top up :))

Was my first time at madhead and it was amazing Jade made me feel so welcome and so relaxed as well... Love my visits with Yasmine. My treatments (LVL/ brows/ lash extensions) are always to the highest standard and last so well. Yasmine is always very friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend her enough :)

My experience was amazing not only is she amazing at her work but she doesn’t rush and listens and waits till you are satisfied with the results. The transformation of my brows is speechless and I finally have my dream brows. Even though I have only been a couple of times with her it’s like I have known her forever she is amazing to talk to and is a great laugh to be with. No need for a therapist.
