Manpreet was the girl who did my wax for over 2.5 years now. Today I did my last wax with her as she moves out for a bigger chapter in her life. Prayosha at the Harbourfront has been a great place and even though I won’t have Manpreet back I will continue to come cause the service is excellent. I will miss Manpreet. I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll be continuing the rest of my treatments here. Highly recommend.

One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

Both the makeup and hair were exactly what I was going for! I felt so beautiful and confident the whole night! There was much attention to detail, and the team made me feel right at home, offering drinks and even the opportunity to set the music playlist in the studio!
