I saw Adrienn for a nose piercing and she was fab. She put me at ease straight away and made sure to explain everything clearly as she went along. As for the piercing, it was swift and almost painless. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her.

I absolutely loved my experience at Black Heart Ink, especially as it was my first tattoo. Charlie was incredible—so lovely, welcoming, and she instantly made me feel at ease. I was a bit nervous at first, but she talked me through everything and made the whole experience really comfortable. She’s an amazing artist and I’m honestly in love with my tattoo—it’s even better than I imagined. The studio itself felt really friendly and welcoming too, which made such a difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and I would highly recommend Black Heart Ink to anyone!

The whole experience was just great, Beni was very knowledgeable and clear about how the tattoo was going take place. He also advised me on slightly altering the size of the tattoo to suit the size of my arm, which made it look more natural. He was always asking if I was ok and if I wanted to take any breaks. He also applied some numbing spray when the white ink was getting a little bit spiky. Overall one of the best artists I have been to, and will most definitely recommend him to anyone and will be booking him again.

Absolutely perfect treatment, quick and in Wroughton so no need to travel into Swindon.

My daughter had her ears pierced by Natasha and the service was extremely good! Easy to book in, Natasha was very kind and considerate during the whole process making my daughter feel calm and comfortable. She explained everything carefully throughout the process and gave good follow up care advice. Would highly recommend!

Tash was amazing with my daughter for her first ear piercing. Highly recommend her.
