I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

I had ultrasound cavitation on my ankles (cankles) and I honestly can’t believe the results after just one treatment! I lost at least 1.5cm from each ankle straight away – I could see and feel the difference immediately. The treatment was totally comfortable, quick, and completely pain-free. Very good back and neck massage. A good pamper session by Megan, following an early morning swim !. Fully revitalised after the experience.

Last year I had my eyebrows Micropigmented as my eyebrows were very sparse due to a health condition.Alison we nt through the procedure and process very thoroughly and I am very happy with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon.
