Fern really listens to what you want and discusses varies options for your treatment to make sure your happy with what your having done. I’ve had several different treatments I.e microblading of my brows, lip blush, piercing and tattoos and love them all. Got my next appointments already booked in See you soon Fern, Thank you ❤️

Ferns work is impeccable her precision on point. She listens to what you want understanding we arnt all young and sometimes don't fully understand what is available .. yet again I put my brows in Ferns capable hands and Voila you can make a silk purse out of a sows ear .. Thankyou so much Fern.. I look forward to our next appointment when Now ive found someone I trust Fern will be giving me 2 very important memorial tattoos ..

My first time visiting Beauty Spot. My son had bought me a voucher for my 60th birthday. I booked in for a relaxing & destress massage. Lina was fabulous, made me feel very relaxed. The massage is the best one yet. I feel really relaxed. It consisted of full body massage followed my head massage. Loved it, I will be going back. I'd recommend the Beauty Spot, very friendly staff. An excellent experience at my brow appointment and as always, Fern was fantastic. She carefully assessed my needs, discussed the best options for me, clearly explained the procedure, and gave thorough aftercare advice. Professional, reassuring, and consistently high quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my brows done and couldn’t be happier! From start to finish the service was absolutely fantastic. The salon has such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, and Fern is not only incredibly skilled but also so friendly and approachable, which instantly puts you at ease. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results are amazing – my brows look natural, beautifully shaped, and I’ve had so many compliments already! If you’re thinking about permanent brows, I honestly couldn’t recommend this enough.

Fern was brilliant, really informative, explained everything to us, and really chatty. My little girl had a panic midway through but Fern helped to reassure her, and was patient with her until she felt ready to have her second ear pierced. Fantastic service: thank you so so much.

Fern has given me the best experience. I was really nervous to have my brows microbladed but once I met her I instantly felt at ease. Fern is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of after care advice which is something most salons lack in these days. But most of all Fern is absolutely amazing at what she does. I now have brows which is something I haven’t had since the early naughty’s. I also squeezed in a cheeky lash lift which again they look amazing! Having my brows microbladed by Fern the 1st time I struggled with the appearance so Fern accommodated by toning them down, only for me to realise on the return check up they had needed to be darker and slightly larger. Fern is brilliant and goes all out to make you feel comfortable and look your best. So I now trust in the process, thank you. ☺️

Brilliant service and experience

I have been a client at Beauty Spot since around 2004.That speaks for itself ! Alison and her team are professional,knowledgable,friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Last year I had my eyebrows Micropigmented as my eyebrows were very sparse due to a health condition.Alison we nt through the procedure and process very thoroughly and I am very happy with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon.

I’ve been using this salon since it opened in the 90s and despite trying others I always return. Great staff, great treatments, value for money. My mum came with me today for her first professional treatment in 83 years and she can’t wait to go back.
