My 10 year old daughters third experience here! She was getting a second pair of earlobe piercings! She has always gone with Eliza who has a fantastic rapport! Made her feel totally relaxed and at ease. Absolutely excellent job, was so quick, sterile and done in 15min. We have already recommended them to multiple mums at school - we will probably bump into a schoolmate soon! Just love that it’s a clean piercing not traumatic, easy to clean and always heals well. They use medical grade titanium and given that other than that she can only wear 18k gold - she’s never had issues. Recommended!

The customer service is always amazing at Urban Piercings I honestly would never go anywhere else. I came in for a jewellery change and this place never disappoints. The choice of jewellery is great, there is something for everyone. I went with a lovely hoop earring for my helix replacement. At the appointment I received advice and recommendations about the jewellery and the change was very professional and hygienic. I was given advice about how to care for my new piercing. 10/10. The lady who helped me find a white gold earring I loved, was so so lovely, friendly, helpful and kind. My cartridge piercing was done by Eliza, who was absolutely amazing, very patient, kind, explained everything and she was incredibly competent, I’m super happy with my piercing! Everything was great, the studio is lovely and very clean. I’m already thinking what piercing I’m going to get next at Urban Piercings. 😃

Excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and gave me their honest opinions. I went in for a daith piercing, but my left daith was too small for it. Ben discussed all the possibilities with me and I finally decided to go for the rook. I absolutely love it, even more than the daith. Ben was amazing, very professional, he explained everything that he was doing from start to finish and made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease as he pierced my ear.

My 8yo daughter was having needle lobe piercing after her piercings 6 months ago done by gun at a high street, had closed following a healed infection. Although the gun had been fine for her, a friend recommended needle piercing as less traumatic to the tissues. The bedside manner of the artist was fantastic, took time and explained everything clearly, really reassuring for her. She did find the needle piercing more painful in the moment, but found the manner of the artist so warm and kind that she said for her next earlobe piercing she would prefer to return here. Popped in with no appt on Sat and 5-10 mins later chatting with my fav piercer Evie! I was having 3 small piercings popped in my lobe just above my 2 archaic piercings (done when is 11 and 15). A bit of blue ink later, some mild swearing from me (low pain threshold) and I have a sparkly ear lobe. She also checked on my Helix piercing done a couple of years ago - cheers Evie :) Back again soon i think for a couple more ;) B

Pierced by the amazing Ben, who has done a number of my piercings over the years. As always, Urban Piercings is the ONLY place I will let touch my piercings. All staff are brilliant and create a calm, friendly and sterile environment, and will always help you put your mind at ease, especially if you're a little nervous. Their online booking system was simple and effective, having paid a deposit online and the rest there. They also offered a great range of jewellery and were able to give sound and professional advice on the type that would fit your anatomy. Aftercare can be purchased. 10/10

From booking my appointment to the end result of having both ears pierced (for the first time!), I have nothing but good to say about UP! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and my appointment with Ben, was excellent! Ben was so friendly and easy to talk to, all the while talking me through the process step by step - throughout the appointment I felt that I was in expert hands and my expertly placed, first ever earlobe piercings is proof of that! I’ve had many ear piercings done here over the span of 5-6 years and I am always impressed with how kind and friendly the staff are. The shop is clean and well kept and all the appropriate hygiene procedures are followed. I would absolutely recommend this shop

Excellent experience as always. Eliza was very clear in what was happening with my daughter's (13) 2nd ear piercing, every step, hygienic (changed her surgical gloves twice), friendly, supportive, polite. Very happy with my ear piercing Eliza was thorough, professional, explained the process and aftercare on top clearly, checked I was happy with the positioning of my stud on of being a really nice human. Fab.

Evie took very special care ensuring that my lobe piercing had equal placing to the other lobe I had pierced previously by them years ago. The experience is comforting and friendly, they consult on aftercare and encourage you to come back if you have any major healing issues.

Lovely friendly reassuring staff who were completely unphased that a 70 year old woman wanted a nose piercing. Spotless hygienic environment. Felt a very safe place to be.
